- itachi Computer Products (America), Inc., has an immediate opening for a Junior or above Engineering Intern (Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Major). Our facility is located at 1800 E. Imhoff Road in Norman. Below are the duties and qualifications and qualified candidates should submit their resume to hrstaffing@hitachiomd.com.
  
  DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  - Work closely with Engineers to support automation, data analysis, and production support projects.
  - Develop and maintain existing software.
  - Research and propose solutions for engineering issues.
  - Assist with the setup and support of production test and office computer equipment.
  - Work in a team environment.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  - Basic knowledge of statistics.
  - Windows programming experience (C/C++, VB, or VBA preferred).
  - Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel preferred).
  - Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week during school months and40 hours per week during the summer months
  
  PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  - Must meet essential functions of job.
  - Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel with hands and arms, talk and hear.
  - Regularly required to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  - Frequently required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  - Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
